Rodeo first opened its doors in 1994 with a cowboy themed Tex-mex restaurant which took Delhi by storm. A family run restaurant, Rodeo brought Mexican & Tex-Mex cuisine to Delhi for the first time. The staff were dressed as cowboys, the bar stools were horse seats and the walls were covered in Texas themed objects and curios giving its customers a glimpse into the bygone era of the “Wild-West”. Rodeo introduced experiential dining in Delhi and after 23 successful years of entertainment, it has relaunched with an aim to celebrate the true spirit of Mexico.
The interiors reflect the warm, inviting hospitality of the Mexicans and is designed to fit friends and families alike.
